Savi Provisions is seeking selective neighborhood opportunities to offer a curated collection of daily essentials. Our locations perform best as a value-added high-frequency destination for artisanal packaged and prepared foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 

They perform best in the heart of business, residential and market districts where both convenience and quality are an imperative. We are actively seeking new real estate partners that can help us grow.

FULL FORMAT MODEL I LOCATIONS

A gourmet grocer, coffee shop, and all-day café with automation that provides wine tastings and serves wines and spirits by the glass. The grocery space houses locally sourced gourmet, artisan and organic foods, fresh fruit, cheese, charcuterie, fine wines, and a wide array of fine spirits.

Location – Densely populated, highly visible store fronts on high foot traffic streets with nearby class A office and residential overlap.

Size –  Typically 4,500 - 7,500 square feet.

Parking – Minimum of (3) dedicated 15-minute parking spots for on-line pick-up. Designated handicap parking per code. 

Ceiling Height – Minimum of 14' ceiling height with up to 26’ for preferred mezzanine viewing design. 

Utilities – HVAC of at least 1 ton of per 300 square feet, 600 amp, 120/208 or 120/240/480 volt, 3-phase, 4-wire electrical service, 1 1/2" water line and grease trap.

SMALL FORMAT MODEL II LOCATIONS

Coffee shop, all-day café, and gourmet grocery including gourmet and organic foods, fine wines, but without spirits of any kind.

Location – Densely populated, highly visible store fronts on high foot traffic streets with nearby class A office and residential overlap.

Size –  Typically 3,000 -6,000 square feet.

Parking – Minimum of (3) dedicated 15-minute parking spots for on-line pick-up. Designated handicap parking per code. 

Ceiling Height – Minimum of 12' ceiling height with up to 26’ for preferred mezzanine viewing design. 

Utilities – HVAC of at least 1 ton of per 300 square feet, 600 amp, 120/208 or 120/240/480 volt, 3-phase, 4-wire electrical service, 1 1/2" water line and grease trap.
