Savi Provisions specializes in sourcing fine and rare wines for astute clients; however, we also stock a wide variety of wines available on our floor at top value to our customers. Our floor wine selection features bottles priced from $5 to $40, including familiar name brands like Kendall Jackson, Yellow Tail, Clos du Bois and Simi.

While each location's wine portfolio is slightly different, our expert staff is on hand to help you find the perfect wine for any occasion.

Our Sommelier Select wine cellar is temperature and humidity controlled for the optimal storage of our finest wines. Our wine cellars are dedicated to highly rated and small or limited production wines. While we pride ourselves on providing more than 200 facings of wine in our cellar, our Savi Provisions sommeliers will help you locate a specialty wine if not already in our inventory.

The enomatic’s quality control gives Savi Provisions customers the confidence that the wines they order are always fresh and served at their optimum temperatures. Its unique and automatic self-cleaning pouring spout ensures the highest hygienic standards and wine quality. We currently offer 16 red wines and 8 chilled white wines available by the glass as well as smaller tasting portions at select Savi Provisions locations.

Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon – Columbia Valley, Washington
 
No Washington winery commands more attention from wine collectors than Quilceda Creek, with repeated 100-point scores and subsequent appreciating bottle value. Since 1978, the Alex Golitzin and his son Paul have been lauded for their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, which is elevated by the Bordelais practice of declassification of up to one third of production into a second label each year.

Diamond Creek Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley, California
 
Founded in 1968, Diamond Creek is California's first exclusively Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Vineyard. Visionary pioneer Al Brounstein defied modern conventions and planted Bordeaux varietals on secluded Diamond Mountain. The three vineyards produce a small amount of long-lived wines that are elegant with great depth and richness, honored and cherished by connoisseurs the world over.

Joseph Phelps “Insignia” – Napa Valley, California
 
Insignia is the first proprietary Bordeaux-style blend produced in California. Each vintage is comprised of the best grapes from Joseph Phelps Vineyards, first from both grower and estate fruit, and beginning with the 2004 vintage, from entirely estate-grown fruit sources. Insignia is a Cabernet Sauvignon based wine crafted from six of the Joseph Phelps estate vineyards.

Paul Hobbs “Stagecoach Vineyard” Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley, California
 
First planted in the 1860s, Stagecoach Vineyard was forced into dormancy during prohibition until it was rediscovered a hundred years later. Situated atop the eastern slopes of the Napa Valley, this is our highest elevation cabernet sauvignon vineyard.  The vines struggle tremendously, resulting in a defined, flavorful and intense wine. Dense ruby purple in color, it offers aromas of red and black currants, crushed rocks and tobacco leaf. Savory, broad and expansive, the concentrated palate delivers blueberries, blackberries, gravel and wet slate. Muscular tannins mingle with a touch of vanillin, and lead to a powerful finish.

Kosta Browne “One Sixteen” Russian River Chardonnay – Sonoma, California

One Sixteen Chardonnay is sourced from three incredible vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Named after the Gravenstein Highway 116 which cuts through the town of Sebastopol, this wine embodies true character of the Green Valley, a Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sweet spot in the Russian River Valley.

Hirsch Vineyards Sonoma Coast Chardonnay – Sonoma, California

As with all the wines from Hirsch, the purpose of our Chardonnay is to bring you a profound expression of this unique vineyard site. Through our farming and winemaking, we strive to bring the acidity and minerality of the site forward, with fruit and oak playing a secondary role. With less than 4 acres of Chardonnay vines, production is very limited, and 100% of the fruit is kept for the estate.

Shafer Vineyards “Red Shoulder Ranch” Chardonnay – Napa Valley, California

The Red Shoulder Ranch vineyard in the Carneros region offers a long, consistently cool growing season, which is ideal for retaining acidity in Chardonnay fruit. To focus on varietal flavors, Shafer uses only wild yeast for fermentation and does not put the wine through malolactic fermentation.  "Gorgeous, honeyed … striking purity and texture as well as a delicious combination of tropical fruit, citrus and minerality. Far Niente Estate Chardonnay – Napa Valley, California
 
The noble Chardonnay grape was the first varietal cultivated and bottled by Far Niente in our modern era, beginning with the 1979 vintage. The wine offers lively aromas of lemon and lime citrus zest, honeydew melon, wet stone and honeysuckle blossom. Bright upon entry with a silky texture through the mid-palate, this wine is focused and long with citrus and mineral flavors supported by integrated notes of oak. The finish is clean and refreshing.

Kistler Sonoma Mountain Chardonnay – Sonoma, California
 
Our two vineyards perched in the hills above the Sonoma valley, one in the Mayacama range to the west and one on Sonoma Mountain to the east both produce elegant, lifted wines that speak to the elevated nature of the plantings and the remarkable, well drained volcanic soils present at both sites.

Pahlmeyer Napa Valley Chardonnay – Napa Valley, California
 
Consistently one of the top Chardonnays in California, Pahlmeyer exhibits an impressive, thick-looking, light gold color with green hues. Loads of peach, creme brulee, honeysuckle, and subtle oak are present in this full-bodied, well-endowed, pedal-to-the-metal style of Chardonnay that will appeal to those who like white Burgundy, but with additional richness. Given its track record, expect these wines to age nicely for 5-6 years.

Newton Vineyard “Unfiltered” Chardonnay – Napa Valley, California
 
This profound and powerful Chardonnay exhibits a rich, complex intensity that can only be found in unfiltered wines. The grapes are predominantly grown in the Carneros region where bay breezes and morning fog combine to create the cooler climate ideal for growing Chardonnay rich with concentrated flavors.

Flavorful, intense wines - that is our goal. We believe every wine should be bursting with flavor. This intensity should be part of a greater balance. We find that each of our vineyards has its own "sweet spot" of balance. It is our charge to guide each vineyard to its optimum flavor potential.  We offer three appellation wines: our Sonoma Coast, Russian River and Santa Lucia Highlands and also a Chardonnay. These wines are blended to represent the best of our vineyards in each specific appellation. Quality is of utmost importance with these blends.

Belle Glos Pinot Nior (Los Alturas, Clark & Telephone, Dairyman & Taylor Lane) - California

Belle Glos showcases distinctive Pinot Noirs produced from some of California’s top wine-growing regions.  The vineyard locations can all be described as coastal, but the climate differences are significant, depending on the amount of fog, wind, sunlight, and soil type at each site.  Each wine is crafted to distill the purest essence of the vineyard into elegant expressions of California Pinot Noir.

Merry Edwards Russian River Pinot Noir – Sonoma, California
 
Merry Edwards has been called the Queen of Pinot (Reine de Pinot) and with good reason.  Edwards, a veteran California winemaker, who operates out of her eponymous winery in Sebastopol, in western Sonoma County, is considered to be one of the leading experts on California Pinot Noir--which is no mean feat when you count the number of winemakers getting into the Pinot derby of late.

Beaux Freres Vineyards Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, Oregon
 
In 1987 Michael Etzel and brother-in-law, Robert Parker purchased a run-down pig farm on Ribbon Ridge and established The Beaux Frères Vineyard. Since the first vintage in 1990, the philosophy remains the same – to produce world class Pinot noir that represents the essence of the vineyard.

Penner Ash Cellars Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, Oregon
 
Penner-Ash Wine Cellars embodies the spirit and passion of small producers focusing on Pinot noir in the Northern Willamette Valley, Oregon. Robert Parker recognizes Penner-Ash as one of the top producers of American Pinot Noir.  Trail blazers are often too busy blazing trails to toot their own horns, and Lynn Penner-Ash, winemaker for Penner-Ash, is certainly no exception.  As one of Oregon’s first female winemakers, she’s spent 30 years learning the ropes in the wine business. ---- NF5 (thumb)

All Fusional wines are produced using sustainable and eco-friendly production methods. Mollydooker Wines (Party & Lefty Series Available) – McLaren Vale, Australia

Mollydooker (Aussie for left-hander) Wines was established in 2005 by Sarah and Sparky Marquis. Five of their wines have been chosen in the Wine Spectator's "Top 100," and their Carnival of Love Shiraz has made the "Top 100" twice. The winery is on the prime Seaview Ridge in McLaren Vale, South Australia, and the vines are grown according to the Marquis Vineyard Watering Programme to give the grapes the rich flavors that distinguish Mollydooker's wines. Mollydooker makes Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot and Verdelho. The Velvet Glove Shiraz, with 95%+ Marquis Fruit Weight is superbly complete and complex, with stunny beauty and power.

Chateau Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape – Rhone Valley, France
 
In 1549, "Noble Pierre de Beaucastel" bought "a barn with its land holdings, containing 25 saumées at Coudoulet". More than four centuries later, this remarkable domaine, known today as Château de Beaucastel, is producing what most people acknowledge to be the finest wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Domaine Paul Pernot “Les Carelles” Volnay – Burgundy, France
 
This fine domaine keeps tradition, in its best way, on top of its agenda. The wines reflect the potential of their origin. The wines are carefully made with minimal batonnage, and non, once the malolactic fermentation starts. The borgogne level wines are fermented in tank but all the higher appellations wines are fermented in barrel. No new oak is used for the regional and village wines. Premierescrus get about 30% new oak, and the grand crus between 40-50% depending on the vintage.

Deaux Montille Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Le Champs Gains” – Burgundy, France
 
Deux Montille is the creation of Alix and Etienne de Montille. Both grew up in Volnay at the historic family estate headed by their father Hubert (now retired) and today they run the estate together. Etienne looks after the red wines while Alix takes care of the whites but in 2003, they decided to add further whites to the portfolio through the establishment of a négociant business, Deux Montille Soeur Frère.

Domaine Patrick Jasmin Cote Rotie – Rhone, France
 
Patrick Jasmin farms along the infamous terraces of Côte-Rôtie in the Northern Rhône—hard work that he jokingly calls “la galère,” like a ship’s galley. Growing grapes on some of the most precipitous, terraced parcels of the Rhône can be back-breaking work, but Patrick loves it. Answering only to himself in the midst of celebrated vineyard land, he’s as independent and they come with an insatiable appetite for adventure and risks.

Concha Y Toro “Don Melchor” Cabernet Sauvignon – Puente Alto, Chile
 
Don Melchor represents Chile’s first ever “Icon” red wine. This signature Cabernet Sauvignon from the Puente Alto vineyard in Chile’s Maipo Valley enjoys an unparalleled record for demonstrating Chile’s ability to create an exquisite world-class wine.  Don Melchor’s origins date back to 1986, when Eduardo Guilisasti Tagle, president of Concha y Toro at the time, had a flash of inspiration that would set new precedents and forever raise the bar for Chilean winemaking.

Tignanello Toscana IGT Tignanello Estate – Tuscany, Italy
 
This was the first Sangiovese to be aged in barriques, the first red wine to be blended with non-traditional varieties (like Cabernet) and one of the first Chianti reds not to use white grapes. Tignanello is a milestone. It is made from a selection of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The wine is aged in barriques for about 12 months and for a further 12 months in the bottles.

Rocche dei Manzoni Barolo Pianpolvere Soprano Bussia Riserva – Piemonte, Italy
 

Rich in history and blessed with the best locations, the vineyards of Podere Rocche Dei Manzoni are all situated within the municipality of Monforte d'Alba. Here the products are born and realize a perfect marriage of tradition and innovation.

The high quality of Podere Rocche dei Manzoni's products is guaranteed not only by meticulous vinification processes and a constant search for improvement but also by a strenuous work performed in the vineyard, through short pruning and thinning out of grapes to obtain very low output of grape/hectare.

Alvaro Palacios “Finca Dofi” – Priorat, Spain 
 
He acquired his first vineyard, Finca Dofí, in 1990. Then, in 1993, he located what is now regarded as the crown jewel property in Priorat, a precipitous, northeast-facing Garnacha vineyard on well-drained schist that had been planted between 1900 and 1940. Alvaro named it for a small chapel, or hermitage, that sits atop the hill.

Numanthia – Toro, Spain
 
Numanthia is located in the Toro region of Spain. Its four vineyards are located along the south bank of the Duero River.  The wine is named after a legendary Spanish city that was destroyed (after 20 yrs of resistance) by Roman legions. It is to Spain what the hilltop village of Masada is to Israel: a monument of history. Its 40 hectares of land are covered with an abundance of elements derived from the disintegration of Pliocene grit, clay and limestone.

Concha Y Toro “Carmen de Puemo” Carmenere – Rapel Valley, Chile
 
The Carmin de Peumo is the winery flagship and a candidate for Chile’s finest wine. The 2005 Carmin de Peumo Carmenere (I reviewed the 2003 in Issue 171, there was no 2004 produced) is a blend of the best parcels in the Peumo Vineyard. It spent 20 months in French oak and was bottled without fining or filtration. Purple/black in color, this profound effort gives up an amazing aromatic array of wood smoke, scorched earth, leather, espresso, blueberry compote, and blackberry liqueur. This leads to an opulent, extraordinarily rich, nearly over the top, sumptuous wine with deeply hidden structure, exceptional balance, and which manages to remain light on its feet despite its immense power. It can be enjoyed now but will be so much better in 5-7 years. It is a tour de force!"
